Here we provide bias corrected light curve fit results, distances,
and bias corrections determined with each model of intrinsic scatter
(G10 or C11). For each of the G10 and C11 .FITRES files, the lightcurve
fit parameters remain the same, however the bias corrections are
computed from different simulations of intrinsic scatter provided in
03-SIM_BIASCOR/.

There is a subtle caveat that we found while preparing the combined probe
paper (https://arxiv.org/abs/1811.02375) that includes DES SNIa (without
low-z sample), BAO, weak lending and galaxy clustering. The joint cosmology
fit has a somewhat large chi2 (chi2=576 with Ndof=498), in part due to the
DES SNIa in which the lowest redshift bin (0.067-0.081) contains a single
event that is a nearly 3 Sigma Hubble residual outlier. This large chi2
goes away when the external low-z sample is included, or when doing an
un-binned fit with 207 DES SNIa.

Column definitions in *.M0DIF ASCII table:

zMIN # min of redshift bin
zMAX # max of redshift bin
z # avg z in bin (following Eq. 8 of Brout et al arXiv:1811.02377)
MUDIF # fitted binned mu-offset w.r.t ref cosmological model (following Eq. 14 of Brout et al arXiv:1811.02377)
MUDIFERR # 1 sigma uncertainty on MUDIF
MUREF # reference model distance (w_DE:-1, Omega_M:0.3, Omega_k=0)
NFIT # number of SNe in z bin

   For cosmological fits, use
      MU(z) = MUREF + MUDIF
      sigma_mu(z) = MUDIFERR
